Holy Nativity Episcopal School
Alumni
WELCOME
We are always delighted to welcome alumni back to Holy Nativity Episcopal School! Our community is uniquely connected through the shared history of the Cove Schoolhouse, and we proudly consider as alumni anyone who spent time at HNES or at Cove School between 1937 and 1988.
Whether you are a recent 8th grade graduate who spent your formative years on our Cove School campus, an “Episcopal Day School” student who attended classes on the Church campus on Bonita Avenue, or someone who called Cove School home during its 51 years as a public school, you are an important part of our story—and always welcome here.
We love reconnecting with alumni at some of our favorite events, including the annual Walk-a-Thon and Carnival, Grandfriends’ Day, and the St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club Fishing Tournament, which benefits Holy Nativity Episcopal School.
Stay connected with us on Facebook, where we share alumni “flashback” photos alongside everyday moments from our school community. And if we don’t yet have your current mailing address, we invite you to update it with us. Each spring, we publish The Holy Herald, our annual newsletter featuring school news, special events, and alumni highlights.
We also invite you to consider supporting your school with a donation as we continue our legacy of Learning, Leadership, and Love at Holy Nativity Episcopal School.
ALMA MATER
Holy Nativity,
School of great loyalty, to thee we sing;
Place where we learn and play,
Fellowship every day,
Within our nestled Cove, our hearts we bring.
Holy Nativity,
School of fraternity, to thee we serve;
We love your oaks and palms, Your bricks and blessed psalms,
The shadows of the past, our hopes preserved.
Holy Nativity,
School of one God to me, thy name we love;
We love the jets in flight,
Flying in William’s sight,
Protect us by your halls, like that above.
